Meet Our Team

Nadia Final-11.jpg

Nadia Saad

Nadia came up with the concept of Empathy Animals after reminiscing about her childhood, where she lived in a house full of animals that provided her comfort and unconditional love.

When she went through a traumatic experience, her pets were there for her and helped her to communicate, making her feel safe.

Nadia wants to share this experience with children who may not have pets or feel the same bond with animals that she was fortunate enough to have.

Carol Lincoln

For a number of years, Carol has been in management positions within the charity sector. During this time, she has witnessed firsthand the positive impact animal-assisted intervention can have on people's lives and well-being, particularly children with special educational needs, individuals with health challenges, and those facing depression and social isolation.

Between 2015 and 2019, Carol created and managed an educational volunteer program focused on canine-assisted therapy, which was implemented in 80 schools, libraries, and colleges throughout Wales. Her experience led her to Empathy Animals CIC, where she now applies her expertise and knowledge to benefit countless children through our unique programs.

Sarah Ellis

Sarah is a fully qualified and accredited trainer with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. She is also one-half of Therapy Dogs Training UK along with Carol Lincoln.

Sarah played a key role in developing and coordinating the canine assessment and volunteer training for an educational canine-assisted therapy scheme in West Wales.

Her contributions to this project have led her to be an important member of Empathy Animals CIC team, where she is leading the way with animal welfare and training. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have her on board.
